The Championship Field is Set

With just two weeks remaining in the regular season, the UFL has officially announced its postseason layout, and the Michigan Panthers are right in the thick of it.

The league revealed that the UFL Championship Game will be played on June 14 at the Dome at America’s Center in St. Louis, marking the final stop on this season’s playoff journey. That decision comes as the postseason picture begins to crystalize, with the Panthers clinching a spot after a 30–18 win over the Houston Roughnecks.

The victory was driven by three touchdown passes from Danny Etling, a massive punt return from Xavier Malone, and key stops by the Michigan defense, all contributing to the Panthers’ postseason push. While Ford Field would typically host a home playoff game, a scheduling conflict has shifted the USFL Conference Championship to Birmingham’s Protective Stadium on June 8, where Michigan will face the rival Stallions.

On the other side of the bracket, the St. Louis Battlehawks will host the DC Defenders at their home stadium for the XFL Conference Championship, also on June 8.

Michigan may have already secured their playoff spot, but with momentum building and their postseason opponent set, the Panthers have their eyes locked on more than just a ticket; they’re after the title.
