The Royal Oak Leprechauns exploded for 13 runs on 13 hits in a dominant 13–5 win over the Battle Creek Battle Jacks Monday night at Memorial Park. Fueled by multi-run innings in the middle and late frames, Royal Oak used a mix of speed, power, and opportunistic baserunning to bury their division rivals.

After falling behind early, the Leprechauns tied the game in the second and took full control with a four-run fifth and another four-run eighth. Royal Oak’s offense was relentless, putting up crooked numbers in four different innings, capitalizing on Battle Creek’s four defensive errors.

Ryan Tyranski delivered the biggest blow with a two-run homer in the eighth, part of a 2-for-4 night that included three RBIs. Aidan Schuck also had a standout game, going 3-for-5 with three runs scored, while Danny Cook drove in three, highlighted by a double in the eighth to extend the lead.

The bottom of the order came alive as Parker Brzustewicz reached base multiple times and added two RBIs, and Jovan Gill chipped in a pair of hits and runs scored.

On the mound, Brody Fahnestock earned the win with a gritty six-inning performance, scattering six hits and allowing just three earned runs. He struck out six and walked none.

The game turned in the fifth inning when Royal Oak broke a 3–3 tie with four runs, including a two-RBI single by Cook and a series of aggressive baserunning plays that forced Battle Creek into defensive mistakes.

With the victory, the Leprechauns move one step closer to postseason contention, continuing their recent stretch of offensive dominance and team cohesion.
